“Bachelorette” HD Film Screencaptures
“Magic isn’t real, right?”
Those curious and worried words come from the mouth of Katie in Bachelorette, and I have now added over 800 HD screencaptures of Isla in that very film! The film has received mixed reviews, but I really liked it – it was no masterpiece, but I liked how it showed the gritty side of female friendship yet that their friendship remained strong (< my interpretation, at least), and it hinted at the reasons for why they behave like that. I really enjoyed the three leads'/bachelorettes performances, and while I didn't like or really empathise with them, I did want to see more of them. Isla was laugh-out-very-loud hilarious in this movie and showed again what a knack she has for comedy and timing - some of the things Katie came out with were so absurd you can't help but laugh. You can tell Isla had great fun with this role. “Rise Of The Guardians” in US cinemas now!
Rise Of The Guardians is now out in US cinemas!! It was released on Wednesday, so maybe some of you have had the chance to see it already!? Isla voices Tooth in the animated fantasy adventure, alongside Chris Pine as Jack Frost, Hugh Jackman as the Easter Bunny, Alec Baldwin as Santa, and Jude Law as the big bad Pitch. It looks to be a magical Christmas comedy and definitely worth a watch.

New interview with the Scottish Daily Record
The Scottish Daily Record have published a new interview with Isla to promote Rise Of The Guardians, and you can find it on our Press page now. It’s a good read (as usual), and Isla talks about this movie, Now You See Me, motherhood, and being axed from The Simpsons movie:
“When I got the job, I thought it would be good for me because it would make me more courageous.
“The director told me he had worked with actors who had not wanted to do the amount of stunts I felt comfortable doing. So I was quite pleased with myself.”
Being chained underwater sounds scary but Isla insists she wasn’t frightened.
She said: “I was not scared because you run through the stunt so many times and practise and build up your lung capacity and know where the quick release is on the handcuffs.”
