Isla on the cover of Fitness magazine

Isla brightens up the May issue of US Fitness magazine, with a brand new interview and photoshoot! The photoshoot is fun and colourful, and I love the honest interview in which Isla talks about her body and what she does to stay in shape. She also shares her exercise playlist with the magazine.

The magazine also features the first still of Isla in The Great Gatsby, as well as a new still from Now You See Me.

Check out the photo coverage in our Gallery, and you can read the interview there, on our Press page, or at FitnessMagazine.com.

Be sure to pick up a copy of this magazine if you can!

“For me, so much about life is acceptance. You can look in the mirror and find a million things wrong with yourself. Or you can look in the mirror and think, I feel good, I have my health, and I’m so blessed. That’s the way I choose to look at it. I don’t need to be perfect. I’m doing just fine.”

New trailer and poster for “The Great Gatsby”

A new cast poster for The Great Gatsby was released yesterday, and today has also brought us a 3rd trailer for the film! This trailer feels a bit different to the previous two, and tells us a bit more about the story and relationship between Daisy and Gatsby. There is a very brief new shot of Isla in it, along with the previous spoilery footage. Watch the trailer below, and find HD screencaptures from it in the Gallery.

The Hollywood premiere for the film will be held on May 8th. Premieres in Sydney and Cannes will follow, and I’m sure there will be more too.

“The Great Gatsby” to Open Cannes Film Festival

‘The Great Gatsby’ to Open Cannes Film Festival

Leonardo DiCaprio stars in the Baz Luhrmann-directed movie, which will screen out of competition May 15.

The Great Gatsby will open the 66th Festival de Cannes, organizers said early Tuesday local time.

The movie will screen May 15 at the Grand Theatre Lumiere of the Palais des Festivals, out of competition as part of the Official Selection.

Leonardo DiCaprio stars in the Baz Luhrmann-directed film, adapted from the novel by F. Scott Fitzgerald. The movie, set on the East Coast during the Roaring Twenties, depicts the romantic and tragic figure of Jay Gatsby (DiCaprio) as narrated by his friend Nick Carraway (Tobey Maguire). Carey Mulligan is Daisy Buchanan, whose husband is played by Joel Edgerton. The book was adapted by Luhrmann and Craig Pearce, based on Fitzgerald’s 1925 novel.

Rapper Jay-Z, who scored the movie, and Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan also will attend the premiere, organizers said.

“It is a great honor for all those who have worked on The Great Gatsby to open the Cannes Film Festival,” Luhrmann said in a statement. “We are thrilled to return to a country, place and festival that has always been so close to our hearts, not only because my first film, Strictly Ballroom, was screened there 21 years ago, but also because F. Scott Fitzgerald wrote some of the most poignant and beautiful passages of his extraordinary novel just a short distance away at a villa outside St. Raphael.”

This will mark the second time in festival history that the opening film will be screened in 3D, following Up in 2009.
