Isla appeared on Aussie current affairs and talk show The Project on Sunday, to promote Mazy The Movie Star. She chatted about her book, dealing with setbacks and rejection in her career, and going to a costume party thrown by George Clooney! As expected, Isla attended the G’Day AAA Arts Gala in Los Angeles yesterday, where she received the award for Excellence in the Arts. She posed with her fellow honorees Brian Grazer, Ron Howard, and Tushar Apte on the red carpet. Isla wore a striking blue Rasario pre-fall dress with a thigh-high slit, silver Jimmy Choo heels, and Nicole Rose jewelry. Unfortunately we can’t find a video of Isla receiving this award yet, but we do have some beautiful photos from the red carpet in our Gallery for you! • G’day AAA Arts Gala x28
Isla attended the Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards in California yesterday, and she looked incredible!! She wowed on the red carpet, wearing a sequin printed dress by Moschino (with a Tyler Ellis purse) with some kind of animal (horse? dog?) sticking out of it – this look is so unique and fun, and I really love every part of it – the dress, make-up, jewellery and hair! Inside the ceremony, Isla presented an award and seemed to avoid being slimed (a tradition for this awards ceremony). We’ve added 60 gorgeous photos to our Gallery for you.
The show will air again on Nickelodeon today at 8pm and on Thursday at 7:30pm; tomorrow at 7pm on TeenNick; and Tuesday at 8pm on Nicktoons. The show will also be available on Nickelodeon On Demand from today.

Isla revealed the cover for her new picture book ‘Mazy the Movie Star’ on her Instagram this week. The release date has been pushed back from May to September 29th (UK) and October 5th (Aus).
Isla attended the Vanity Fair Oscars Party in Beverly Hills last night, and as usual on Oscar-night, Isla and her stylist pulled out all the stops! Isla looked incredible in a gorgeous white off-the-shoulder Giambattista Valli dress, with Jimmy Choo heels, Ruchi New York and Dale Novick jewellery, and her hair styled loosely in a plait. While she posed on the red carpet by herself, she was joined by her husband inside, and the two were spotted chatting to James Corden, Natalie Portman, Larry David, Kate Beckinsale, Keegan-Michael Key, Jason Bateman, Rita Ora and Amy Schumer. Isla attended TIME magazine’s Women Of The Year event in Beverley Hills last week. She took her Mum Elspeth Reid with her, and the two posed together for photographers. Isla looked gorgeous in a coral silk gown by Monique Lhuillier, with Celeste Starre drop earrings, shoes by Stuart Weitzman, and a gold clutch by Vince Camuto. High quality photos are in our Gallery:
Aussie morning show Weekend Sunrise aired an interview with Isla and Tim Minchin yesterday, to promote Back To The Outback. She talked about how she enjoyed being able to ‘film’ this role in her sweats in her house, how her family love the film because they miss Australia, and also a bit about Wolf Like Me.
Isla appeared virtually on Aussie morning show The Today Show on Wednesday, as part of her on-going promotion for Wolf Like Me. Isla talked about her character Mary, the message of the show, Josh Gad, kangaroos, and filming in Australia.
