DreamWork Animation’s “Rise of the Guardians” has been chosen as this year’s recipient of the Hollywood Animation Award by the 16th Annual Hollywood Film Festival and Hollywood Film Awards. The award will be presented at the fest’s gala, held Oct. 22 at the Beverly Hilton.
