Isla was on BBC Radio 2’s Chris Evans Breakfast Show this morning, talking about Marge In Charge, and how her time at clown school has influenced her career. Interestingly, Isla said that she auditioned for No Country For Old Men but didn’t get the part; Chris Evans’ co-host on the show today – Kelly Macdonald – did! Isla confirms that Marge in Charge is the first in a series, and the second book is titled Marge And The Pirate Baby. Continuing her busy day of promoting Marge In Charge, Isla appeared on BBC’s topical show The One Show earlier this evening. Alongside her book, she chatted about Katy Perry performing at her birthday earlier this year, her old romance novels, and her two upcoming movies.
