“Keeping Up With The Joneses” HD Film Screencaptures

Keeping Up With The Joneses is now available on DVD/Blu-ray/digital release in the US now, and we have HD screencaptures from the film in our Gallery for you. Isla plays Karen Gaffney, a suburban wife who – along with her husband Jeff (Zack Galifianakis) – gets caught up in an international spy plot involving their new neighbours (Jon Hamm and Gal Gadot). It was fun to see Isla in a comedy again, but I felt that overall this was a lacklustre movie; any attempts to be funny fell flat, and the characters were too stereotypical. Any Isla film is worth a watch though 😉 Enjoy the HD screencaptures in our Gallery:

Isla at the AACTA’s

As expected, Isla attended the Australian Academy of Cinema and Television Arts Awards (AACTAs) in Sydney earlier today, where she was presented with the Trailblazer Award. She was accompanied on the red carpet by her husband, and her mum Elspeth was inside for the ceremony with them. Isla was presented with her award – which she calls the “pinnacle” of her career – by Aussie actor Geoffrey Rush, and thanked fellow Aussie actresses and fellow orange person Donald Trump in her speech! Isla wore a classy black crystal polka dot dress by Aussie designer, with Bulgari jewellery. Read more from the night in the posts below (many of the links have good red carpet video interviews and ceremony footage in them that can’t be embedded here) and find the first HQ photos in our Gallery. Check back in the coming days for more coverage!

Congratulations to Isla on this fantastic honour – and on her 15th anniversary with Sacha! 🙂

Isla on the Late Late Show With James Corden

A couple of weeks ago Isla appeared on The Late Late Show With James Corden whilst promoting Keeping Up With The Joneses. She was joined on the show by Ewan McGregor and Niall Horan, and it was a very funny interview; the guests also took part in the ‘Spill Your Guts Or Fill Your Guts’ segment which was particularly hilarious! Watch a couple of clips from the show below – we’ll have more from it in our upcoming video archive (at present I can’t find an embeddable version for you) – and find stills and HD screencaptures in our Gallery:

Isla on Chelsea

Here’s Isla on Chelsea last week, promoting Keeping Up With The Joneses. It was a very funny interview – Isla chatted about the movie including working just after she gave birth, the places she lived as a child, being Australian, Marge In Charge and her earlier books, and joining Instagram and following Justin Bieber (she likened him to Donald Trump ;-)).
